I am an independent executive producer and production manager.

With 15 years of experience and expertise in the areas of industrial films and corporate events, I can organize the production of all or part your films, Cd-Roms, DVDs or events, under your supervision, and with complete transparency.

In full collaboration with you, I plan the different phases of production and control their implementation.

I  control your budget and your billing, either by soliciting competitive bids or by using your own contractors.

I set up the different creative and technical teams with you.

I negotiate salaries, and the prices of the contractors.

I coordinate the teams throughout the duration of the project to its completion.

I centralize all financial, technical, and artistic information and present synthesized reports.

Along with your team, I control the smooth running and the costs of your production.

My fees are negotiated directly with you, and set in accordance with the project’s budget. I manage all invoices from the contractors, for validation and payment by your company.
